We have a vacancy for a Security Officer at a fantastic site in Milton Keynes - the home of a well-known and exciting Formula 1 racing car technology company.

You will be supporting the site where this Formula 1 company develops technical and commercial solutions for leading-edge clients across a wide range of industries.

We are looking for a Security Team Leader to work in a corporate environment. Reception duties are required so communication & IT skills must be above average. Duties will include managing a team, Rota's, welfare checks, scenario testing, and employee reviews, investigations /disciplinary, officer training, SOP's & Risk assessments.

Key duties will include:

- Managing a team of Security Officers
- Completing line management duties including monitoring quality of work, performance management, Rota planning, conduct regular one-to-one meetings and supporting team development.
- Managing and maintaining the access control system including access control passes, CCTV and carpark barriers, shutters and gates

**Essential Criteria**:

- SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Driving Licence
