We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Handover Specialist to join our retail sales team at Ipswich Volkswagen**. **This role would perfectly suit a highly - motivated individual with experience and a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service.

Someone who is out-going, energetic, and process-driven.

Experience within the technology industry would be ideal but not essential.

**Role & Responsibilities will include**:

- Co-ordinating, within the retailer environment only, the vehicle handover process for all new and used vehicles from start to finish.
- Checking vehicles over prior to handover including fuel and that all accessories are fitted. In addition, all service manuals, book packs and handover forms are ready.
- Being prepared and waiting to meet and greet guests for vehicle handover within the retailer.
- To provide a vehicle handover experience that exceeds all customer expectations.
- Presenting personalised handover gifts to customers.
- Arranging, via appointment, a complimentary post-handover invitation back into the retailer to assist with additional technical customer needs
- Compiling personalised automotive videos to enhance trust and transparency for the customer post-handover.
- Follow-up calls to all customers post-handover ensuring their confirmation of an outstanding customer experience from the retailer was received.

**What we are looking for**:

- A well-presented individual who can confidently communicate and build rapport quickly with both colleagues and customer
- Someone with excellent organisational skills who can prioritise tasks and be flexible to ad-hoc requirements and be able to time manage and diarise appointments effectively.
- A team-player.
- Experience of customer handling and telephone techniques and etiquette.
- You will possess a valid UK driving licence
