O & M Project Manager - Large Scale Solar Development

Salary/Package - £58,000 - £60,000 basic + Benefits Package ( Bonus )

Location - Watford

Permanent Position - Immediate

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the operations and maintenance of multiple solar PV projects
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor and analyze project performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement O&M plans and procedures
- Manage and train O&M staff
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in electricial engineering or renewable energy
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar PV project management and operations and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
- Experience with monitoring and data analysis
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations

This role will mainly be office based, but option to work from home part of the week will be considered.
