**What would you be doing?**
- This is a **sales based job** - effective **telephone communication** is a daily occurrence
- You will develop your own clientele - client **cold calls** are an integral part of this
- **Arranging** interviews, screening calls, feedback calls as well as client negotiations
- **Developing long-lasting relationships **with business professionals is key - how else will you build up your own brand?
- **Work effectively under pressure** meeting tight deadlines - the **competitive nature** of the role always keeps you on your toes.

**Interview process**:

- You will have an initial interview with one of our Internal Recruiters. During these calls we will dive into your current situation, motivations and how we could be a good fit for YOU.
- The next step is a telephone interview with a hiring manager which could lead directly onto a final stage interview in the office to meet the Senior Management Team and experience ‘a day in the life of a Recruiter’.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: From £22,500.00 per year
