Social Media Manager

**Are you acreative, strategic Social Media Guru with a love of apparel/fashion?**
I have an amazing opportunity for a **Social Media Manager** to work for an **LuxuryLondon Fashion Brand**
Reporting into **Head of Brand and Communications** you will be joining the inspirational Branding Team located **Shoreditch London.**
**Hybrid 3 days in office 2 from home. Excellent benefits including immediate pension, healthcare and extended holidays**
You will have demonstrable experience at **creating original content** (video and stills) and the ownership of **community management** for all channels, being able to report back the success of campaigns.
**Responsibilities**:
- Working collaboratively with the branding team strategy, lead the creation and development of the social media strategy and content creation across all
- Scheduling and publishing of all approved content across multiple channels using Hootsuite.
- Ownership over creative briefs for social content requirements.
- Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms.
- Analyse data and deliver regular performance reports with suggested actions and next steps.
- Work closely with our 3rd party Performance Marketing Team to ensure brand messaging and visuals are consistent.
- Monitor industry trends and stay on top of the latest social media technical innovations.
- Work closely with Brand Partnerships to ensure branded content is aligned to global brand POV
- Ownership of community management; including responding to and engaging with any mentions and comments, leading the way for any new initiatives and developing discussions
- Undertake audience research
- Work closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure that we’re providing a high standard of customer support through all channels.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years in a Social Media strategy role with a proven track record and demonstrable work portfolio, preferably within the apparel/fashion industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A visual creative at heart with strong understanding of data and its relevance in content creation direction.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of key social networks, nuances and algorithms.
- Experience with social publishing and analytics tools (e.g. Later, Hootsuite and GoogleAnalytics).
- Strong design knowledge and proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva is advantageous.
- Experience with paid/dark social ad campaigns is a big bonus.
- Able to build strong working relationships across teams.
