Our client is seeking a Sales Apprentice to join their sales & marketing team in Daresbury.

In this role, you learn the basics of technology sales, initially working in their tele-marketing team to generate leads, using a database of prospects consisting of existing, dormant, and new contacts. This will prepare your future development into fieldsales and account management.

You'll have the chance to complete a level 4 Sales Apprenticeship where you'll gain valuable skills and experience all whilst earning a competitive salary and commission incentives. Plus, with room for career advancement at the company, the sky's the limitfor your future success.

**Contract**: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
**Salary**: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum (Uncapped OTE)

**Sales Apprentice Duties**:

- Generating and booking qualified sales appointments for the sales team through outbound calling and social media outreach
- Managing a prospect database and updating all prospects' information
- Working to agreed targets for lead generation and contributing to their financial growth
- Understand your individual conversion ratios in order to attain targets set
- Maximize potential for lead generation and sales opportunities
- Attending team meetings as required
- Representing Signum Solutions Ltd in a professional manner at all times, providing a quality service to all stakeholders
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of SAP products and services
- Ensuring all work carried out for and on behalf of Signum Solutions Ltd and its customers remains confidential and is not disclosed to any third party who might benefit from this disclosure.

**Sales Apprentice Requirements**:

- GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent qualification)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High levels of self-motivation, resilience, drive, and initiative
- Commercial awareness
- Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
- Ability to identify and connect with potential customers through outbound calls and social media outreach
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and objections effectively
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
