**Duties for the position of Fleet Administrator**:

- Deliver the core administrative functions in accordance with established timescales and delivery targets, following correct processes and procedures
- Enter and maintain information on all systems and files to ensure that information is up to date, in the right place and easily accessible
- Answer standard and non-standard enquiries and act as a point of contact internally and externally, providing information to delegates and trainers to ensure a high standard of service delivery and customer service
- Responsible for trainer bookings in relation to courses booked, maintaining close contact on the course, pre, during and post delivery
- To ensure all expenditure is always the most cost effective on travel, accommodation and other expenditure, ensuring all are booked in an accurate time frame
- Assist with the gathering of statistics and information, producing reports when required
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with external bodies, as appropriate
- Ensure all post Qualification Certification information is of a high standard correct and delivered within the agreed time frames

**Experience required for the position of Fleet Administrator**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills excellent communication skills
- IT & Computer Literacy
- Ability to research and write reports
- Project Management experience is advantageous
- Strong time management & Organisational Skills

**Working hours and Benefits package**:
