As a Warehouse Operative, you will be an integral part of our production process, contributing to the creation of high-quality products.

**Responsibilities**:
**Material Handling**:

- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming raw materials, including UPVC profiles, glass, hardware, and other components.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all materials, ensuring proper labeling and storage.

**Production Support**:

- Assist in preparing and staging materials for production based on the production schedule.
- Collaborate with the production team to deliver materials in a timely manner, avoiding delays in the manufacturing process.

**Assembly Assistance**:

- Support the assembly and fabrication of UPVC windows and doors as needed.
- Follow safety guidelines and quality standards to ensure the production of high-quality products.

**Quality Control**:

- Conduct visual inspections of materials and finished products to identify defects or discrepancies.
- Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel for resolution.

**Maintaining a Clean and Organized Workspace**:

- Keep the warehouse and work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety standards and regulations.
- Dispose of waste and scrap materials in an environmentally responsible manner.

**Equipment Operation**:

- Learn and operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks under supervision.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with colleagues in different departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.

**Working Hours**:

- 42.5 hours per week, providing a balanced work-life schedule.
