Exciting opportunity to join an international employer of choice - working alongside your colleagues in HR you will be working as an OD Insight Executive analysing and drawing insights from people data and promoting organisational learning across the business.
A highly unusual role that allow you to engage with stakeholders in the international HR communities, and beyond, to promote the use of Communities of Practice (CoPs) across the business. CoPs allow groups of like-minded colleagues to connect across the business,creating opportunities to share knowledge, ideas, and good practice.
You will be equally at home analysing website usage data, drawing insights from surveys, and supporting the design and delivery of 'community events’ to give meaningful opportunities for communities to connect, learn and share.
This broad role will include:

- Planning, co-ordinating and facilitating virtual and face-to-face events and sharing content with relevant communities to drive interest and attendance.
- Connecting experts and practitioners sharing common interests to ensure relevant content is curated to meet needs of the different communities.
- Engaging with different stakeholders throughout the business to invite ideas relating to potential content and review appetite from within community.
- Providing project management support to several key initiatives - overseeing project plans and updating content and deadlines.

You will be naturally engaging and able to work with stakeholders right across the business, with strong influencing skills. Solid planning skills and an ability to balance priorities are key to success. A confident self-starter who enjoys a wide variety ofresponsibilities.
You will get great satisfaction making sense of a wide variety of data, reporting back on statistics and drawing insights to support business decisions. You will be naturally systems savvy and easily learn new systems, with a readiness to learn more and supportothers.
