Property Viewing and Inspection Agent

**Role Overview**: We are seeking a motivated individual that can deliver exceptional customer service and build strong working relationships with tenants and potential renters.

We are seeking a Property Viewing and Inspection Agent to join our team on a self-employed basis. You will be responsible for conducting property viewings and property inspections, ensuring our high standards are maintained and prospective tenants are well-informed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out pre-arranged appointments, you will be visiting properties in your local area for appointments which can include property inspections, check in & check outs, viewings, hosting open houses or simply allowing access to a property.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports, noting any maintenance issues or required improvements.
- Communicate findings with the property manager, so we can address any concerns or queries promptly and professionally with tenants and landlords.
- Assist in the preparation of properties for new tenants, ensuring they are clean, safe, and welcoming.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with HMO regulations and company standards
- Maintain accurate records of all viewings, inspections and interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred but not essential as training can be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify potential issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- You will also be fluent in English
- Must be able to provide proof of a valid DBS check or at least be willing to complete one.
- Reliable transportation to travel to various properties within the Southampton area.
- Knowledge of HMO regulations and property standards is an advantage but not essential.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday and Weekend availability

**What We Offer**:

- Job Type : Freelance Salary : £12.00 - £20.00 per hour based on completed inspections and viewings - the remuneration will depend on the type of appointment and this will always be confirmed and agreed prior to booking appointments with you.
