- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform various building tasks such as basic brick/block work, basic wood work, drylining. Basic understanding how to fit basic electrics and plumbing would be massive bonus.
- Construct, erect, install extensions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications.

- Proven experience as a Builder or similar role.
- Proficiency in using a variety of tools including hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks with little supervision.
- Strong knowledge of different construction methods and techniques.
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Some relevant qualification or long time served.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £700.00-£1,200.00 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Building: 8 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
