Sia Freelance Trainer

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking freelance Security Trainers with Highfield Qualifications approval to join our team and participate in delivering SIA Door Supervisor courses in Coventry. As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of our learners.

**Duties**:

- Deliver SIA Training programs, provide learner support, feedback, and information, advice, and guidance.
- Develop and deliver training programs in areas such as surveillance, first aid, loss prevention, and CCTV.
- Conduct training sessions both in-person and through virtual platforms.
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and videos.
- Assess training needs and develop customized training plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure proper implementation of learned skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid SIA License in Door Supervision
- Award in Education & Training (Level 3)
- Level 3 Award in Assessing or Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA)
- Award in First Aid at Work (Level 3)
- Conflict Management (Level 3)
- Physical Intervention Delivery/Teaching Certificate (Level 3)
- ACT Awareness e-Learning Certificate

**Experience required**:

- Minimum six months' experience or newly qualified with the ability to work as a trainee tutor.
- Proven experience as a Trainer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in relevant areas.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using technology for virtual training sessions.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £100.00-£175.00 per day
