**Your Role as a UX Consultant**: As a crucial member of our software engineering team, you'll thrive in a role that keeps you challenged. Engage with key clients, provide day-to-day advice, and collaborate on fascinating projects. Your responsibilities will include advising, ideating, innovating, and designing next-generation solutions.

**Your Purpose**:

- Be embedded in client projects to enhance technology delivery and solve business and user problems.
- Collaborate closely with users, stakeholders, and Scrum Development teams.
- Lead workshops and research sessions in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Produce high-quality UX outputs, including Personas, Journey Maps, Blueprints, Site Maps/IA.
- Create wireframes, functional specifications, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, XD, or Sketch.
- Plan and lead user research sessions, capturing insights and needs.

**What You Bring**:

- Essential:_
- Proficiency in producing high-quality UX outputs and using design tools.
- Proven ability to plan and lead User Research sessions.
- Effective collaboration in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Desirable:_
- GDS (Government Digital Services) experience.
- Knowledge in Information Architecture, Service Design, Interaction Design, UI Design, Design Systems, Visual Design.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in UCD.
- Previous consulting experience with a track record in client engagement and delivery.
