**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Support Negotiations**: Assist senior negotiators in various negotiation activities, including client meetings, deal discussions, and contract reviews.

- **Document Management**: Maintain organized records and documentation related to negotiations, contracts, and agreements.

**Qualifications**:
