You will be responsible for auditing and amending policies and processes in the employee life cycle, creating DE&I toolkits and working with key stakeholders in our organisation to provide recommendations and guidance to embed a culture of inclusion.

It is essential that you have proven experience of providing knowledge, guidance and advice on DE&I issues and implementing DE& I policies and initiatives within an organisation.

This is a role where detail is key, with strong planning and analysis skills, but innovation, creativity and effective communication is just as important. We want our employees to be with us on every step, so they understand the changes we are implementing. We’ll be providing learning interventions for employees to raise awareness about key topics, so we need someone who can influence and engage, and most importantly is passionate and knowledgeable about DE&I.
