**ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT**

The London School of Osteopathy is one of the UK’s leading providers of osteopathic training, offering degree courses to around 150 students from our college in Bermondsey and our outpatient clinic in East London.

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the London School of Osteopathy as part of their small friendly administrative team. You will be responsible for helping with the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the college to ensure the efficient delivery of our full-time and part-time osteopathy degree courses. In addition, you will assist with providing support to the Senior Management Team, Tutors, and Students.

**Title of Post: Administrative Assistant**

**Location**:Bermondsey SE1 3BE, London
**Reporting to**:The Operations Manager
**Hours**: 3 days per week (occasional Saturday working) - ONSITE 9-5pm
**Salary**: £15,800.00 per annum (based on London living wage £13.50 per hr)
**Contract**: Permanent

**Key Tasks**
- To proactively support all administrative duties including, filing (paper filing and electronic via Google drive), invoicing and ordering of supplies.
- Regularly updating spreadsheets and student databases and collating staff hours
- Communicating with students, prospective students and staff
- Setting up teaching rooms and maintaining registers
- Managing room hire bookings

**Essential Requirements**
- Maths and English GSCE (or equivalent) grade C or above plus A level or equivalent qualifications.
- A welcoming and approachable face for students and visitors, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) with high levels of accuracy when working with documentation.
- The ability to be flexible and to multi-task.
- Flexible attitude towards work & ability to work as part of a team.

**Desirable Attributes**
- Experience working in the education sector
- Educated to degree level or an admin qualification
