**Your Role**:
We are on the lookout for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in processing renewals, mid-term adjustments, expertly handling ad hoc customer queries, provide expert advice on insurance products, all the while ensuring industry compliance.

**Key Skills**:

- Demonstrable experience in insurance account handling
- Exceptional communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Organised and efficient
- Eagerness to develop and learn
- A team player who enjoys being part of a small but fun and supportive team
- Minimum two years commercial experience
- Cert CII qualified or above
- Familiarity with Acturis is a plus, though not mandatory

**Benefits**:
