Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a well known insurance organisation on the recruitment of an HR Business Partner (Projects) for a 12 month FTC.
This is a really exciting opportunity to join and make a real impact, providing advice and guidance within the HR projects/change space. You will need to be fast-thinking and be able to problem solve, coming up with solutions to current issues.
To be successful within this role you will need to have a number of years experience as an HRBP and come from a Financial Services sector background. You will be well-versed in change management, OD Projects and you will need excellent understanding of reward/benefits.Previous exposure to Workday is very desirable both from an HR and Reward aspect.
You will have/need:
- A number of years in a HRBP role
- Excellent knowledge of Reward/benefits
- Excellent Knowledge of OD/HR Change projects
- Exposure to Workday
- Excellent HR Generalist background
- CIPD Qualified (Level 5 or above)
- From a Financial Services background
The organisation offer excellent hybrid working of 4 days from home, 1 day from the office in West Sussex. there is also excellent public transport routes with a mainline train station a 5 minute walk from the office.
The salary on offer is up to £55,000 per annum + benefits
