**Role**: We are looking for a Valuation Surveyor (x2) located within our Bristol office, covering South Wales to work for our established team.

We work for a varied client base, from private individuals, SME’s, and regional and national clients providing a broad range of Valuations including Secured Lending, Pension, Tax, Asset and Acquisition valuations.

We undertake valuations on a range of property types including commercial, residential, development, leisure and trading.

The role has excellent prospects for progression within the firm, with a clear career pathway, this position is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual.

Flexible office and home working options.

**Hours**: Full time role but happy to consider part time, flexible working.

**Start date**: Immediate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
