Liberty has an exciting opportunity for Self Employed/Labour only operatives to join our Planned Works team on a variety of projects (kitchens and bathrooms) across Greater Manchester.

**Responsibilities for this Multi Skilled Operative role are**:

- Kitchen & Bathroom Installs
- Kitchen & Bathroom Finishes
- 1st and 2nd fix - kitchen & bathrooms
- Installing plywood flooring
- uPVC & Composite door installs
- Keeping site clean and tidy
- Be able to work as part of a team and be able to pro-actively work on your own
- Ensuring that all of the above are carried out within the Health & Safety guidelines, and the Group’s Health & Safety Policy.
- Where issued, maintain tools and equipment ensuring that they are clean condition and carry out weekly checks and report any defects found.
- Be comfortable in working in a live environment and occupied homes
- Multi trade/skilled and capable of complete works in other construction trades including patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling and minor ground work activities

**What we are looking for in our ideal Multi Skilled Operative**:

- Recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3).****:

- Experience of working fitting kitchens and bathrooms is essential.
- Competent in all aspects of their trade discipline.
- A current driving licence is essential.
- Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness and their own tools.
