ICON is currently recruiting for a Grants Analyst based in our Swansea office, who will be working as part of our busy Operations Team and will work closely with our Contracts, Finance & Budgets Coordination Departments, and offers flexible working hours,as well as remote working.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter professional, to gain new responsibilities in a range of payments and process driven activities, become commercially focused and be a key player within the organization.
**The key duties the Grants Analyst will carry out are**:
- Partner with project teams to ensure studies are accurately reconciled in a timely manner.
- Audit Investigator payment, budget and/or contract reports to ensure completeness and accuracy to support accurate transparency and management reporting
- Partner with other members of the Investigator Grants Management team with preparing Investigator payment reports, monitoring Investigator payment actions, maintaining records, and/or analyzing data.
- Present analysis to internal teams and sponsors to give financial overview of studies.
**To be considered for the Grants Analyst role, you must have**:
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal).
- Good attention to detail & accuracy.
- Confident using Excel (Pivots tables & Lookups is beneficial but not essential).
- Able to multi-task & problem solve.
- Degree in Healthcare or Business Management would be beneficial but not essential.
