Safety Management Lead

The post holder will be part of the Patient Safety and Risk Team and will be a key partner in implementation of the national Patient Safety Strategy and Patient Safety Incident Response Framework.

The trust has commenced on a journey to improve learning and quality improvement, this post holder will have a key role in driving this journey from a patient safety perspective.

The post holder will work with a range of clinical and non-clinical leaders to progress the strategic and operational changes to implement Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) and ensure long term sustainability.

The post holder will gain exposure to a wide range of clinical and quality governance development supporting teams across the trust Governance Support Unit and working with the Divisional Clinical Governance Teams.
