SG Property Group is a Property Management business that has been providing long term Lettings alongside short term Serviced Accommodation for 10+ years. We recognise the UK market of property lettings is changing, and the way in which individuals and businesses find suitable accommodation is changing too. We bring together a firm understanding and experience of the lettings industry whilst also providing flexible short term accommodation solutions.

We provide the ideal alternative to Hotels for groups or project teams working across the UK. We are a provider of Serviced Accommodation for both Domestic and International clients. Our aim is to provide a bespoke booking experience, by working closely with our clients to understand their accommodation needs. We focus on building relationships with both clients and property providers in order to support a variety of projects throughout the UK.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Accommodation Agent to develop our business and team further in an **exciting **and **varied** role. You will have a **hands-on approach** and be **well organised** within this **fast-paced** business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to take ownership of our Serviced Accommodation bookings process for our local portfolio of properties (Crewe), whilst building relationships with our regular business clients to support their ongoing work projects in the area.

**Job Purpose**

The role of the Accommodation Agent is to handle each aspect of the day-to-day running of this part of the business and liaise with service providers, cleaners, tradespeople and internally with colleagues to continue to deliver great service to our guests.

**What will a day at work look like?**

Work in our fast paced Accommodation Office where you will be provided with on the job training and will become proficient in all aspects of the Accommodation Agent role, you will be provided with HP laptop, 2nd Screen and iPhone:

- Handle Incoming/Outgoing Calls with Service Providers, Introducer, Bookers, Guests
- Complete daily tasks and procedures using internal systems
- Discuss/negotiate pricing and propose property options for enquiries
- Work with our Online Travel Agents to process bookings and handle queries
- Check and ensure properties are 'Guest Ready' between bookings

**To be considered for this role you will have;**

Driving license with your own vehicle.

This role is a Full-Time position - Monday to Friday 9:00am until 5.30pm. Mileage expenses will be paid for use of own vehicle for work purposes. Out of hours cover on a rota basis will be required with additional pay. Other overtime may be required from time-to-time.

**Salary**: £20,800.00-£23,920.00 per year
