Kitchen Porter

RoyaleResorts are a rapidly growing company providing holiday accommodation in some of the most beautiful regions of the UK.

We are looking for a **Kitchen Porter **to support the Food and Beverage team in the smooth running of the bar and restaurant facilities at Stowford Village in Combe Martin.

**Typical working hours between 11am-10pm**

**Responsibilities will include:

- Assist with ingredient preparation including washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry and meat
- Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Ensure refrigerators, freezers and storage rooms are kept clean and tidy
- To properly clean and sanitise all food preparation areas and kitchen equipment including washing floors, wiping walls and cleaning up spills
- Carry out basic food preparation duties as directed by kitchen staff
- Assist in carrying out dishwashing and kitchen portering duties
- Assist in the clean down process at the end of shift

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
