Role Purpose

As a **Trainee Labourer** working within an established and successful manufacturing business, you will play a vital role in the production process and have plenty of opportunity for training and development.

Over the past year this company has seen **increased demand** for their specialist products. Located in **Blandford, Dorset**, our client is looking for a **Trainee Labourer** with an eager attitude to work and desire to learn & grow.

This is a **temporary to permanent**opportunity with an**IMMEDIATE START.**

As a**Trainee Labourer,**you'll work full-time hours Mon-Fri, with no weekend work required but plenty of overtime available during the week. As **Trainee Labourer,** you'll be responsible for:

- Assisting with the preparation of raw materials
- Using hand and power tools to drill and assemble products
- Operating various workshop machines
- Inspection of finished products to ensure quality
- Working with attention to detail

As**Trainee Labourer,** you'll need an excellent attitude to work and prior experience using hand tools (even if this is from DIY at home) or within a manufacturing environment.
