Job Title: Football/Futsal Coach for Children

Location: South Nottingham

About The Launch Field:
The Launch Field is a rapidly expanding football and futsal coaching company, committed to providing high-quality coaching and training programs to children of all ages and abilities. Our goal is to create a fun and safe environment where kids can develop their skills and love for the game.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering coaching sessions in both football and futsal to children of various ages and skill levels
- Creating and implementing lesson plans that are both fun and challenging
- Providing constructive feedback to players and identifying areas for improvement
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children during coaching sessions
- Communicating with parents and guardians to provide progress updates and answer any questions they may have
- Representing The Launch Field in a professional manner at all times
- Attending company meetings and training sessions as required
- Assisting with the organization and running of events and tournaments

Required Work Experience, Skills, or Education:

- Previous experience coaching football and/or futsal to children
- A passion for working with children and a desire to help them develop their skills
- A strong understanding of the game of football and/or futsal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to create a positive and engaging environment for children
- A willingness to learn and adapt coaching techniques to best suit the needs of each individual player
- A valid coaching certification or willingness to obtain one (FA Level 1 or higher, Futsal Level 1 or higher)
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
