**The job itself**:
We are looking for a highly effective 1:1 teaching assistant with experience working in a primary school setting. You will support an Educational Health Care Plan and will be friendly, caring and adaptable. Experience of supporting children with additional needs would be an advantage.

You will work under the direction of the class teacher, SENCO and other professionals and will support the child with various activities including working with other children and groups to help the child access appropriate provision. You will be responsible for ensuring the child’s safety and wellbeing and will facilitate physical social and emotional and education development.

Training will be given as necessary and you will receive support and guidance from the SENCO, SLT and class teacher.
