About the role

You will be an integral part of a cross
- functional product development team ensuring compliant products, consistent ways of working and effective risk management through efficient processes.
- Support the Quality Manager OTC and functional teams in ensuring the OTC products in No7 BC brands are developed and marketed in compliance with the regulatory requirements for the US FDA and Health Canada.
- Provide quality expertise to support change controls, deviations and CAPA as required and use learnings as continuous improvement for compliance and quality.
- Investigating quality issues to determine root cause, identify corrective actions and CAPA.
- Conduct quality release of product batches to the markets.
- Manage the Quality & Technical Agreements process and support the checking and approval of technical documents procedures and product specifications.
- Provide support for regulatory audits.
- Champion the use of the eQMS and provide guidance & training to internal teams using the system.
- Seek to challenge established processes with the goal to deliver simplification and business benefit.
- Contribute to the Internal Audit program and manage any resulting CAPA actions.
- Contribute to a Quality Culture via training and reviewing best practices.

What you’ll need to have
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
- Good understanding of the development and lifecycle management of consumer products.
- Curious, analytical problem-solving mindset.
- Good organisational capabilities and attention to detail.
- Stakeholder relationship management.
- Clear communicator (both oral & written) with good team working and networking skills.
- Ability to manage own workload.

It would be great if you also have
- Experience of the GxPs and regulatory requirements for consumer products such as US and Canadian OTC drug products.
- Experience of batch release of products.
- Experience of setting up quality agreements with suppliers.
- Experience of managing internal audits.
