Our client are a leading main contractor who work on fit out, refurbishment and new-build projects in commercial, industrial, education and residential sectors. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for a HSE Lead on Sellafield

**Responsibilities include**:

- The purpose of the HSE Lead is to fully support HSE Manager by Leading and ensuring exemplary Seddon Construction/ PPP Health and Safety standards on the SRP project are consistently met.
- The HSE Lead shall have experience of working in a regulated industry such as Nuclear.
- The HSE Lead directly manages a team of HSE Advisors allocated to their area.
- The role is primarily focussed on HSE leading indicators including analysing information, trends from reports and observations and then taking corrective measures prior to events occurring.
- The role holder will Champion the PPP safety principles in all activities undertaken and play a key role in the PPP integrated HSE team.
