Due to continued success and forecast future business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our team based at our Group head office in Barlborough, Chesterfield.

**The Role**

You will be joining a great team who work together collectively; approach things together with a sense of humour and purpose; and importantly support one another. We can offer some flexibility on working hours and arrangements, which can be discussed.

**Key duties and requirements**

You will also be responsible for but not limited to;
- Batch and electronically deliver worksheets and invoices to Avant Homes Regional Teams to deadlines to meet the terms of payment required by the suppliers
- Resolving invoice queries with the regional teams
- Resolving invoice queries with suppliers
- Processing the returns of the regional worksheets, ensuring appropriate authorisations are in place ahead of making payment.
- Any other duties as reasonably requested

- A strong ability to work to deadlines
- A flexible attitude and Team player mentality

It is also desirable for you to possess:

- Previous finance / purchase ledger experience
- Previous utilities experience
- COINS experience
- Experience co-ordinating and handling large volumes of data
