**Job Title - Cleaner**

**Location - Broomfield Place, Coventry**

**Salary - £11.44 per hour**

**Contract type - Permanent**

**Working hours - Part Time 17 hours per week**

**About the role**

We are looking for a Cleaner to join the team at our Broomfield Place service in Coventry, working 17 hours per week.

The post holder will be responsible for assisting in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the service, and also to promote hygienic practices and clean accommodation to clients by completing tasks in order to prepare them for independent living.

On a daily basis, the post-holder will be responsible for cleaning all communal areas in the project including entrances, offices, kitchen/laundry, toilets, corridors and meeting rooms.

Additionally, other weekly duties will include:
Clean hard gloss and glass surfaces

Vacuum communal/office areas, mats and upholstery

Dust and clean desks, chairs, bookcases etc.

Clean and disinfect all telephones

Clean any vacated rooms when required

Stock checks on cleaning materials
