We're looking for an Agent to join our Transportation team based in Brackley to assist the project in setting up a high performing team to deliver Major Projects as part of the A43 scheme.

**Location**: Brackley, Northamptonshire - site based

**Contract**: Permanent Fulltime

**Salary**: £57k - £66k + company car + private healthcare + benefits

**Responsibilities**

As an Agent, you'll be responsible for client liaison, the management of consultants and stakeholders and managing contracts and self-delivering works

Your day to day will include:

- Manages design and pre-construction, construction to close out to meet all contractual requirements
- Support the Commercial Manager in administering subcontracts
- Support the Works Manager's role and that of the site team
- Provide early warnings to the Scheme Lead and Commercial team on problem issues and potential overspends as soon as they are evident
- Supervise site activities and manage their allocated staff

**What are we looking for?**

This role of an Agent is great if you have:

- Relevant Construction related Degree / HNC
- Relevant CSCS card
- Full driving licence
