**Midday Assistant**

**Hours - 8.75 hours per week, (11.30am -1.15pm Monday - Friday)**

**Start date - as soon as possible**

**Contract - Term Time only**

**Salary - Grade B point 2 £20,441 FTE (actual Salary £4,033 pro rata)**

The role involves:

- Supervising the lunch hall, playground area, playing field, cloakrooms and classrooms etc during the lunchtime break
- Assisting with the removal of food and equipment once pupils have eaten their lunch
- Dealing with minor first aid incidents; following appropriate procedures for recording and reporting
- Assisting in the implementation of appropriate behaviour management strategies as required.
