The Customer Experience Specialist will author and layout the following for ARRMA: Instruction booklets, packaging/display boxes, warning labels, support documentation, exploded views, instructions for parts sets and option parts. They will take and edit photographs for the above listed items. Their goal will be to maximize sales through appealing design to optimize the customer journey, cross-sell accessories, and options for any relevant HH prop brand.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

This person will be responsible for creating, and the timely delivery of, the highest standard of documentation and packaging for ARRMA products to meet Commercial (sales, cross-selling customer journey _etc_) and all legal requirements.
This includes but is not limited to:
Instruction booklets, packaging/display boxes, warning labels, support documentation, exploded views, instructions for parts sets and option parts.
They will take and edit photographs for the above listed items.

**Education and/or Experience**

This person must have a thorough understanding of RC cars, be a logical thinker, have an eye for detail and graphical presentation.
Ideally they will have experience using InDesign, Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite products, Composer and Solidworks (for Exploded views) but if not they must demonstrate they have the skill, mindset and aptitude to quickly learn such software packages during their probation period.

**Physical Demands**

This is mostly a desk job but standing for long periods and lifting RC cars (sometimes large and heavy RC cars) and positioning them for photos will frequently be required.
