**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a professional administrative service covering the full employee life cycle, including emplyment contracts, contract changes, recruitment, onboarding & offboarding via DocuSign
- Create and maintain employee records via the HR database system (Success Factors)
- Run and maintain monthly reports i.e. absence management, Bradford Factor, headcount and data audits
- Maintain administrative systems and procedures for the effective management of employee benefits i.e. Westfield Health, Cycle Scheme and Private Medical Insurance
- Support UK&I HR ad-hoc projects

Key Competencies:

- Administrative experience in a fast-paced and high volume environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Ethical, confidential and empathetic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy and organisation skills
- Ability and flexibility to travel to other site locations to attend team meetings with occasional overnight stays.
