**What You'll Be Doing**
- **Collaborative recruiting**:Partner closely with internal recruiters to identify hiring needs and develop effective strategies. Exchange market insights to optimise hiring decisions.
- **Engaging top talent**:Showcase our culture, projects and growth opportunities to motivate exceptional professionals.
- **Brand ambassadorship**:Embody our brand, fostering enthusiasm and attracting top talent.
- **Market mapping**: produce reports / insights around market intelligence

**What We're Looking For**
- **Experience**:Prior experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role, preferably within the video game industry or creative sectors.
- **Adaptability**:Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment characteristic of the video game industry.
- **Confidentiality**:Uphold professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- **Talent detective**: A natural talent scout with a knack for asking the right questions, seeking understanding, and devising solutions to overcome obstacles in collaboration with our Talent Advisors for positive outcomes
