Purpose of Role:_ _As Weir migrates to the new product operating model, and to provide support for our strategic initiatives, we have an immediate requirement for experienced Scrum Masters. Working as part of a Capability Centre of Excellence within our new WBS organisation, these individuals will be assigned to work with a delivery team(s) for extended periods to support and promote the use of Agile methodologies and practices, ensuring the smooth execution of project tasks and fostering an environment conducive to team collaboration and product development. In common with other LACE team roles, they will be a passionate advocate for Lean-Agile principles and a catalyst for change, driving the organisation towards operational excellence and customer-centric innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and enable the adoption of SAFe agile methodology across delivery team(s), including conducting and oversee Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.- Coaching team members in SAFe practises, encouraging continuous delivery of value and improving predictability- Supporting the product / initiative owners in delivering committed outcomes, including refining and managing the product backlog- Work with the team prior, during and post the PI planning events to ensure a clear and achievable roadmap communicated both internally and externally- Actively identify and eliminate impediments that hinder team progress, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a clear path forward.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Product Owners, development teams, and other Scrum Masters to align efforts and ensure organizational objectives are met.- Building a healthy and motivated team environment that encourages continuous improvement

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a global company operating within a Product Operating model.- Direct experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) v6, including implementing and managing SAFe at the portfolio, program, and team levels- Extensive experience in coaching and mentoring teams and individuals in Agile and SAFe practices- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and convey complex information clearly and concisely.- Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.- SAFe Scrum Mater v6- Other relevant certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist (SA), Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
