Hotel Receptionist

We are looking for an energetic receptionist with lots of passion on delivering a fantastic customer experience.

Must have experience of working on a busy reception.

Shifts are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, does include working Morning/afternoon weekends, bank holidays and Christmas.

Duties include:
Checking guests in and out, taking reservations for the hotel, taking credit card payments.

Liaising with other departments to ensure guests receive the best possible service.

And any other duties as requested.

Skills required:
Good computer skills.

Must be friendly, confident, enthusiastic and hard working with a can do attitude.

Attention to detail, excellent telephone manner and customer service.

Must have a good understanding of speaking and written English.

Ability to work as a team and also alone.

Wage from £9.50 dependant on age and experience
