Consult are proud to be the exclusive recruitment partner of the dynamic French-based Opticians; Optical Center, and supporting their UK launch. Working alongside the Managing Director, we are looking for Audiologists who are ready to embark on a uniquechallenge, being fundamental to the UK growth of a patient and people focused dual service Optical and Hearing Care provider, working alongside, and supporting the development of a like-minded team.
The appetite for Audiology within the Optical industry is not to be understated. With existing databases of patients, and growing demand, being an Audiologist with Optical Center starts with your ability to deliver clinical care, but extends to the developmentof the service both within the store and for the wider UK arm of the business, creating the opportunity to train and develop colleagues and work towards business development goals.
With over 700 stores globally, and operating across 8 countries, they are familiar with what the requirements of launching a new brand in a new country. Recruiting local experts who understand not only the clinical requirements, but also the unique demographicsof the area - all to provide a bespoke customer journey.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a range of hearing care solutions to the highest standard, within a brand new, purpose-built soundproof room.
- Perform Wax Removal as required.
- Be a positive presence beyond the testing room, engaging with both optical and hearing care patients as required.
- Showcase leadership qualities through engaging and training colleagues on clinical and technical aspects of hearing care.
- Support the management and optical teams as required.
- Set the standards for the company ethos of 'See only the good - hear only the best’.
- Provide wider business support through balancing clinical excellence with astute commercial understanding.

**About You**:

- Qualified Audiologist (essential).
- HCPC Registered (or eligible/in process).
- Wax Removal trained (desirable).
- Strong and engaging personality.
- Previous private experience (desirable).
- Keen to progress within a growth based business.
