Chemical Regulatory Consultant - work from home UK WIDE and don't feel the pressure of billable hours

We recruit once again for our client who is taking on their 4th regulatory consultant due to ongoing expansion. This is a great opportunity for somebody wanting to get into consultancy but may usually shy away due to a billable hour culture. Our client doesn'thave one A rarity for the sector - a real emphasis on quality of work - the work is completed when all project tasks are completed and not when the maximum hours has been reached.

As a Regulatory Consultant you will support the development and delivery of a variety of regulatory and technical projects within chemical legislation - REACH - in particular rest of the world regulations and Turkey REACh

You will work with the team that has an existing international client portfolio providing support to a number of key clients and will work as part of a small team on several concurrent projects.

You will be managing complex industrial chemicals regulatory projects with emphasis on REACH and CLP to key

Offer strategic advice as well as delivery for REACH registration dossiers including lead and joint registrations

Develop and nurture strong relationships with a select number of clients t

Hazard assessment and risk management in particular Environmental hazards including review of Ecotoxicity Studies and assessment of Environmental Fate & Pathways.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Educated to degree level within Chemistry, Toxicology or a similar discipline.

3-5 years within a chemical /regulatory role, in Industry or working with Competent Authority

Working knowledge of REACH, with a focus on registrations, hazard assessment and risk management

Proficiency in the use of IUCLID, REACH IT, Chesar and OECD toolbox
