**Role**:Lead Oracle Cloud ERP Support Consultant

**Salary**:£100k

**Location**:Manchester/ London/ Cheltenham (100% office based)

**Security clearance is required for this position however you are not required to currently hold any clearance.**

**Responsibility**
- Manage Oracle ERP support for customers
- Manage customer expectations through change and issues lifecycle
- Manage a team of support consultants providing guidance in technical development of support
- Support in the design of technological solutions for customers and ensure best practices approaches, tools and templates are used
- Overseeing Oracle ERP SRs ensuring they are managed correctly with Oracle.
- Fully document all solutions developed

**Personal Specification**
- High Level knowledge of Oracle ERP
- Positive can do attitude
- Passionate about customer experience
- Ability to work across multiple deliverables
- Experience leading a team
- Expert across multiple ERP modules
