**Part time Administration Assistant**

We have an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing and friendly firm of Chartered Accountants in York Inglis Accountants, as a **Part time Administration Assistant.**

You will be responsible for reception duties including dealing with client’s enquiries on the telephone and face-to-face, and supporting the team with administrative assistance. Your duties will include maintaining our CRM system, client on boarding, AMLchecks, liaising with HMRC, filing, scanning and any other duties to ensure the smooth running and organising of a busy office.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Administrative support to the senior management team
- Process work in line with formal procedures
- Resolve queries, escalating as necessary
- To schedule and prioritise allocated work every day
- Identify and suggest areas of improvement.

The ideal **Part time Administration Assistant**will have:

- Previous administration experience and excellent attention to detail - it would be awesome if this had been learnt in an accountancy environment.
- Proven track record as a team player
- Accurate and timely delivery of tasks coupled with excellent organisational skills
- Strong customer service delivery, communicating at all levels
- Skilled in Microsoft Office including Excel
- Previous reception experience

Problem solving in a friendly and professional manner when required

**Hours;** 9:30 - 14:30 Monday to Friday.

**Salary;** £11 - £13/hour depending on experience.
