Sales Administrator
Permanent
Location - Dalgety Bay
Salary to £26,000 + extensive benefits

Our client, a successful and innovative manufacturing business is seeking to appoint an experienced and vibrant Sales Administrator to support their sales, purchasing and production teams.
- Will possess excellent communication skills and be highly customer focused.
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Packages.
- Knowledge of ERP systems desireable
- Strong problem solving
- Excellent attention to detail
- Some experience of working in a Manufacturing or Engineering business.

Duties will include:

- Onboarding new customers
- To maintain accurate customer records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- To build and strengthen customer relationships and achieve long-term partnerships.
- Process customer orders on computer system
- Working effectively and successful planning with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure KPIs are being met.
- Dealing with volume paperwork effectively and updating Word and Excel documents
