**Your new company**An opportunity has arisen to join a multi-disciplinary Building Services Consultancy who are looking to expand their Sustainability team by taking on a new Sustainability Consultant. This organisation work across a wide range of sectors such as in residential,healthcare, commercial and education. Project values range up to £150m with some notable projects in London including 50 storey high-rise towers.
**Your new role**The role of the Junior Sustainability Consultant entails becoming part of a skilled team that will be working on numerous detailed design projects while assisting clients to promote energy conservation and renewable technology. Please note that it is also yourresponsibility to carry out works not details herein to facilitate the smooth running and future expansion of the company and to assist your team members from all departments with their tasks.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- A passion for Sustainability
- An understanding of Sustainability standards and new incoming regulations changes
- On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA)
- Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (desirable, not essential)
- The ability to liaise with external consultants and colleagues across the practice
- The ability to demonstrate how to deal with different workloads and challenged - understand the product, clients needs, wants and, objectives
- Have excellent written communication skills to produce reports for both internal and external parties
- Minimum of 9 GCSE's A-C, including Maths and English

Preferred Experience:

- SAP Assessments & EPC production
- PSI Value Calculations
- NDEA Energy Assessor - Level 3 or 4
- Overheating Training (IES preferential, not essential)
- BREEAM literate (preferential, not essential)
- University fees paid - Masters
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) as well as 3 days for office closure over the Christmas period
- Government Pension Scheme
- Regular bonus scheme in line with both company and personal performance
- Active BIM collaboration schemes / Accredited BIM level 2 consultants
- CIBSE and internal training schemes
