Commercial Florist

Responsibilities....
- Planting up and creating plant displays - large/small, live/artificial, interior/exterior
- Dressing structures and frameworks with plants and flowers for all kinds of displays
- Creating high-end commercial fresh flower arrangements
- Mainly working in their on site greenhouse but also on sites throughout Scotland

**Requirements**:

- Creative flair
- Floristry training and/or experience is essential
- Ideally some horticultural training and/or experience
- Outstanding customer service
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines, on your own or as part of a team

- Flexibility
- Physical fitness (as the role will include lifting and moving items safely) and able to work at height
- A full, clean UK driving license and a car to drive to work (no public transport nearby)

- Starting salary of £27,000 per annum

- Full time role (45 hours per week) Monday to Friday.
- Flexible working hours - the team normally start at 6am and finish mid-afternoon - dependent on workload.
- Some very early morning starts, or late nights may be required, with the occasional requirement for weekend work and overnight stays which attract extra overnight allowances. Overtime at X1.5 is calculated monthly.
- Holidays are 28 days inclusive of Bank Holidays
