**Workshop Controller**

**Overview**

As a Workshop Controller at Group 1 Automotive you will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting brand.

**What you will be doing?**

Responsible for the day to day running of the workshop

Ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets

Assisting the service managers in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customers

Achieves agreed profits and retention levels

**What we are looking for?**

If you think you’ve got what it takes and meet the criteria below, then please apply

Full UK Driving Licence

Motor Industry experience in a similar role is essential

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to work to timescales effectively

Keen eye for detail, good communication and a passion for delivering great customer service

Experience in a main dealer environment

Strong industry knowledge

Ability to work under pressure
