Cscs Cleaner

J Squared Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client for a CSCS Cleaner to join a domestic high end residential project in Mayfair, London.

Immediate start available.

£14.65 per hour.

**MUST HAVE CSCS CARD & CLEANING SUPPLIES (MOP / BUCKET / CLOTHS / SPRAYS)**

**Duties**:

- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Sanitize and clean restrooms, break rooms, and other designated areas
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure a high standard of cleanliness
- Notify management of any repairs or maintenance required

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong customer service skills to interact with staff and visitors
- Valid driver's license is a plus for transportation needs

Pay: £14.65 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
