**Product Change Control Co-Ordinator**

**Job Overview**

**Main Activities/Tasks**
- Initiating an updating of packaging specifications for new and existing customers.
- Origination of product resource codes and packaging resources codes.
- Creating and maintaining Bills of materials.
- Coordination of old/new packaging.
- Dealing with general queries with both internal departments and external customers

worldwide.
- Initiating/ processing change controls using Trackwise QMS - Liaising with customers

and internal departments on a product or corporate change over to ensure both
requirements are met and the changeover is successful.
- Monitoring quarantine stock/ destruction of packaging.
- Meeting the weekly packing schedule.
