Experience of working with children/ young people in a residential care setting is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.

As Residential Care Practitioner, you will work directly with our young people to provide care, support and ensure each young person is able to thrive. Although the role can be challenging at times, the position is hugely rewarding.

**Hours**:

- Rotational sleep-in duties paid at NMW per hour
