Grounds Maintenance Operative

**The Upex Group** is seeking a skilled and experienced **Grounds Maintenance Operative **to Join our groundskeeping team. As a **Grounds Maintenance Operative,** you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our grounds and landscaping.

**Location**: South London

**Salary**:£13.15 per hour

**Shifts**:Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:30

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete all aspects of horticulture to a high standard
- Ensure tasks are performed effectively and efficiently
- Conduct regular inspections of the grounds and identify areas that require attention
- Develop and implement landscaping plans to enhance the overall appearance of the grounds
- Respond to requests from management and other departments on time
- Ensure that safety procedures are followed at all times

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of landscaping techniques, irrigation systems, and pest control methods
- PA1 and PA6
- Ability to operate and maintain a variety of Grounds maintenance equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
- **Full UK driving licence**
